6 servings of Vegetables
3 servings of Fruit
No Soda
No Sugar
No white flour
2000 Daily Calorie
This is not easy and I do not
always hit this. But if you stick
to the fruits and vegetables is
makes it much easier to do.
I limit the breads and meats.
I no longer go to the candy machine.
I have not had a soda pop in nearly
a year.
I snack on fruits, some nuts and low fat
granola bars.
I eat more salads.
My one weakness is ice cream, but
I found a product called Skinny Cow.
I have an occasional Skinny Cow
ice cream sandwich. (140 cal)
I have also replaced butter with
olive oil.
I have vegetable stir fry often.
Dr. Atkins diets has helped me with better
carb counting options.
This type of diet takes some planning
and is a little harder to do if fast food
is your common lunch.
